Drawing from a personal journey marked by profound adversity, Erin transformed immense grief and isolation into a lifelong commitment to holistic growth. In a span of months, she faced the unexpected loss of her father, the tragic murder of her best friend, and her mother's suicide attempt. These life-altering events propelled her into a deep exploration of metaphysical psychology at the University of Kemetian Sciences, earning certifications as a yoga instructor, and becoming a Tai Chi master. Through this inner transformation, Erin found the tools to help others navigate personal and organizational challenges with resilience and clarity.
With dual master’s degrees from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Erin’s extensive background spans executive leadership roles across industries such as fashion & beauty retail, philanthropy, and cutting-edge technology.
